Your Role at a Glance
We are looking for an experienced Amazon Trading Manager to own the end-to-end commercial performance of a portfolio of Health & Personal Care brands across Amazon’s global marketplaces. This role combines strategic channel ownership with hands-on execution, ensuring strong revenue growth, profitability, and operational excellence.

Building a deep understanding of performance drivers at ASIN and marketplace level
Partnering cross-functionally to unlock growth opportunities, accelerate winning strategies, and mitigate risks
Operating with a strong commercial mindset, balancing growth, efficiency, and contribution margin
Location & Flexibility
Full-time, permanent role based at our modern office in Runway East, London
Working Hours: 40 hours per week, 9 am to 6 pm with a one-hour lunch
This position is hybrid, with the expectation to go to the London office 2 or 3 days per week (more if you’d like).

Key responsibilities
Trading & Commercial Ownership
Act as the single point of accountability for brand performance on Amazon, owning P&L outcomes and driving cross-functional execution to deliver results
Manage day-to-day execution across listings, pricing, promotions, and availability
Monitor and optimise key commercial metrics, including revenue, CVR, traffic, keyword & category rank, review & ratings, and contribution margin
Analyse ASIN and marketplace-level data (sales, CVR, traffic, keyword rankings, costs) to diagnose performance trends and translate insights into actions
Execute key trading moments, including product launches, promotions, and peak events (e.g. Prime Day, Black Friday)
Deliver reporting on performance, risks, and opportunities to senior stakeholders
Channel Strategy & Growth
Define and execute Amazon growth strategies tailored to each brand and market, delivered in line with each brand’s global, omnichannel strategy
Prioritise key growth levers to maximise performance (pricing, content, SEO, PPC,
promotions, distribution)Own forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking for your brands
Platform Execution & Optimisation
Ensure listings are optimised and compliant, maintaining high operational standards across catalogue, pricing, and account health
Proactively resolve issues such as listing suppressions, compliance risks, or negative customer trends
Identify performance improvement opportunities through testing and experimentation
Build and document best practices and playbooks to drive repeatable success
Stay up to date with Amazon platform developments, tools, and category trends
Cross-Functional Leadership
Partner closely with internal teams to deliver best-in-class execution:
Performance Marketing (PPC): Align on strategy, budgets, and priorities to drive efficient
growth, maximise total search visibility and protect marginsBrand & Creative: Optimise listings, content, and creative to improve CVR and brand
positioningProduct Development: Translate Amazon customer insights and performance data into
product improvements and innovation pipelinesSupply Chain: Ensure in-stock performance, optimal inventory levels, and readiness for key
trading momentsFinance: Align on forecasting, profitability, and cost management
About you
4+ years of experience in eCommerce – hands-on ownership of brands on the Amazon Seller Central platform and managing multiple marketplaces (US, UK, EU)
Strong commercial acumen – understands how trading decisions impact revenue, profitability,
and cash flowHighly analytical – able to interpret complex datasets and turn insights into action
Ownership mindset – takes full responsibility for brand performance and outcomes
Execution-focused – able to move quickly from insight to action across multiple priorities
Cross-functional collaborator – works effectively with multiple teams to deliver results
Structured & organised – able to manage multiple brands, marketplaces, and projects simultaneously
Clear communicator – able to present complex ideas simply to a range of stakeholders
Adaptable & proactive – thrives in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
