Your Role at a Glance
As a Brand Executive, you will play a key role in bringing our global brand strategies to life across markets and channels. Focusing on beauty and personal care brands, working closely with the Global Brand Manager, you will support the execution of brand initiatives and omnichannel activations, ensuring consistency, creativity, and excellence at every customer touchpoint. From campaign coordination to brand asset management and insight gathering, you will help translate strategy into high-quality execution that strengthens our global brand presence.
This role is foundational to our global brand ambitions and offers hands-on exposure to end-to-end brand management within a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment. It is ideal for someone highly organised, detail-oriented, and creatively curious, who thrives in a fast-paced setting and enjoys working cross-functionally. Your work will directly impact our Beauty & Personal Care portfolio and contribute to delivering exceptional brand experiences to customers worldwide, with a clear development path toward more senior brand roles as the business grows.
Location & Flexibility
Full-time, permanent role based at our modern office in Runway East, London
Working Hours: 40 hours per week, 9 am to 6 pm with a one-hour lunch
This position is hybrid, with the expectation to go to the London office 3 days per week (more if you’d like).

Key responsibilities
Brand Development & Consistency
Support the execution and maintenance of global brand positioning, identity, and messaging across all touchpoints.
Monitor consumer insights, social trends and competitor activity to inform brand planning and development.
Ensure brand consistency across marketing assets including social content, email communications, packaging and campaign materials.
Support brand planning through research, documentation and performance tracking.
Brand Activation & Execution
Support the planning and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across social media, influencer marketing, PR, email, e-commerce and retail channels.
Contribute to social content creation, working with internal teams and agencies to develop engaging content aligned with brand messaging.
Coordinate with product, creative and commercial teams to support campaign and new product launches.
Assist in briefing and managing external agencies, influencers and PR partners while supporting the creation of retailer presentations and marketing materials
Collaboration & Growth
Act as a key point of coordination between the Global Brand Manager and cross-functional teams, including creative, product, and commercial.
Manage campaign timelines, assets, and agency deliverables to ensure smooth execution.
Track campaign performance and support reporting and post-campaign analysis.
About you
1–3 years’ experience in brand marketing, marketing coordination, or a related role, ideally within beauty, personal care, fashion, or consumer brands.
Strong interest in brand building, consumer experience, and omnichannel marketing.
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable working cross-functionally and supporting senior stakeholders.
Creative mindset with an understanding of social, digital, and cultural trends.
Proactive, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.Confident working with agencies, assets, timelines, and brand materials.
