The Opportunity

We are looking for a Customer Service representative to support us in delivering world-class customer experience across all Olsam brands. This role would require 20 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with the potential for additional hours during peak periods.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Respond to customer queries.
  • Provide timely customer service across Amazon and D2C.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure best-in-class service.
  • Identifying issues and working cross-departmentally to resolve and improve processes/solutions.
  • Work on customer service projects as and when necessary.

Job requirements

About you:

  • Proven success in customer service, including experience with Amazon and Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability for articulating solutions effectively.
  • Natural problem solver, always seeking innovative and effective resolutions.
  • Thrives in collaborative environments, valuing teamwork and attention to detail.
  • Committed to delivering high-quality service in every interaction.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems.
