Your Role at a Glance

As a Finance Assistant in our team, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our day-to-day financial operations. Your main focus will be on processing purchase invoices and reconciling bank transactions in NetSuite, ensuring timely and accurate financial records in coordination with our finance team. 

This role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently, who is excited to work in a fast-paced, growing start-up with a talented team. Your work will directly impact financial workflows across our Amazon Vendor operations and broader business processes, contributing to shaping our success. 

Location & Flexibility 

  • Full-time, permanent role

  • 40 hours per week, 9 am to 6 pm with a one-hour lunch 

  • This position is hybrid, with the expectation to go to the office 2 days per week to one of our main offices in London, UK, or Utrecht, NL 

     

Job requirements

Key responsibilities

  • Processing purchase invoices (Accounts Payable) in our ERP system (NetSuite) 

  • Performing bank reconciliations in NetSuite, including daily transaction matching 

  • Booking Amazon Vendor settlements accurately and on time 

  • Identifying discrepancies and proactively suggesting process improvements 

About you

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role 

  • Experience with NetSuite (or a comparable ERP system) is a must 

  • Familiarity with Amazon Vendor Central is a plus 

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail 

  • Able to work independently and thrive in a remote team 

  • Good command of English (Dutch is a plus)
