Your Role at a Glance

As a Wholesale Assistant in our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth flow of orders and stock management. Your main focus will be processing sales orders, managing key wholesale platforms, and supporting internal teams to ensure timely deliveries and up-to-date information, all while collaborating with various stakeholders. 

This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills and attention to detail, who is excited to work in a fast-paced, growing start-up with a talented team. Your work will directly impact our key wholesale channels and contribute to shaping our success. 

 

Location & Flexibility 

  • Full-time, permanent role based at our modern office in Runway East, London 

  • 40 hours per week, 9 am to 6 pm with a one-hour lunch 

  • This position is hybrid, with the expectation to go to the office 2 days per week 

(We will also consider applicants from outside of London, and will adjust office requirements accordingly) 

Job requirements

Key responsibilities

  • Process sales orders in Netsuite and WFS, ensuring correct flow to the warehouse and platforms. 

  • Manage and update key wholesale platforms (Chewy, Wholesale Pet, Faire) and ensure accurate order entry and shipping updates. 

  • Monitor orders from start to finish, providing updates to teams/customers and addressing any delays. 

  • Update and maintain the Line Report with accurate pricing, delivery dates, and order status. 

  • Assist the Accounts team with following up on outstanding payments and invoicing. 

  • Support the creative team by ensuring updated product imagery and catalogs, managing product additions. 

About you

  • 1+ years of experience in wholesale or order management roles. 

  • Basic Excel skills with knowledge of formulas and data entry. 

  • Experience working with order management systems like Netsuite and Shopify. 

  • Strong communication skills for managing internal stakeholders and smaller customers. 

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 

  • Organized with attention to detail, able to maintain accurate reports and records.
